Kdrama Actors Attend KCon

Hello! Hello! I am so sorry for the long delay on this post! I hope you are having a fabulous week! It has been a month since I attended KCon 2014 and the withdrawal feels are real. I enjoyed partying it up with fellow kpop fans but I was also happy to learn that there were a few k-drama actors in attendance as well. Lee Seung –gi, Lee Seo-Jin and Sean Richards were in attendance and my inner fangirl was back flipping all over the place.

Lee Seung Gi

Lee Seung Gi attended both days of KCon but I saw him on the first night during the concert. He is so adorable! I am still riding high off of the “You Are All Surrounded” feels so I was screaming at the top of my lungs when I saw him. Unfortunately I did not win a fan meet or red carpet pass for him so I didn’t get close enough to take pictures of him but I do have some awesome video of him on my blog if you are curious. If you haven’t heard of him *gasp* here are a few dramas that he’s been in recently.

Lee Seo Jin

I must admit, when I heard he was going to be there, my mind drew a blank. It wasn’t until my friends reminded me that he was in Damo (my favorite historical drama) that I made the connection. I didn’t realize that Damo was considered old! Lee Seo Jin was hanging around the Free Market Area during day 2 and at night he also attended the concert and said a few words. He is an older drama actor so for a lot of my younger friends that don’t know who he is, here are some of the dramas he’s starred in. Added bonus, he starred in one of the scariest dramas I know of, Soul.

Sean Richard

Ok, I’ll admit it. Even I don’t know everybody. I had to search him on MDL to figure out who he was and STILL didn’t really know him. *sigh* But Sean Richard was there enjoying his time and doing panels with Dramabeans which made him seem really personable. I’ve only seen one of his dramas (Athena) and I guess he had a blink and you’ll miss it type of character because even though I’ve seen it, I just don’t remember seeing him in it. Maybe it’s time to revisit Athena and/or watch some of his others to get reacquainted.
